Penn Cinema Donation Requests

Thank you for thinking to include us in your plans to support your event, cause or special projects. We are so proud to be in such a strong community where everyone supports each other so much.

We have, however, become completely overrun with requests making two problems- firstly, we have not been able to respond in a timely fashion to all requests and secondly it has actually become a serious problem impacting on our ability to run a smooth operation here.

For those two reasons we have a new plan to respond more efficiently to requests. Simply read the below stated guidelines and, if appropriate, submit a request form and we will get back in touch with you after we review all our requests on a monthly basis.

We will review requests on or near the first Tuesday of every month.

Before completing the Request Form, please review the following criteria:
1. We do not make cash donations.
2. We do not donate to government programs.
3. Our first priorities are the public schools and other school programs.
4. Our donated passes come with some restrictive conditions (eg., they are not valid on Opening Weekend of new movies, not valid for live Events (eg., Opera)).
5. We donate two types of things: Passes and "Prize Packages". Prize packages include something like a PC Mug, PC Shirt, and maybe a pair or 4-pack of Passes.

Please understand that although we would like to donate to everyone it is simply impossible. If we cannot support your request please feel free to try again another time.
