OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & SAFETY
OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & SAFETY
At Penn Cinema, safety has always been a top priority. Now more than ever, we’re committed to doing our part for our guests, our Teams and our communities.
Reduced Auditorium Capacity
All auditorium capacities will be reduced by at least 50%.
Additionally, all locations will now offer Social Distance Seating. When booking online or in-theater, two seats will automatically be made unavailable on either side of your booking to ensure proper social distancing.
Enhanced Cleaning Procedures
All common areas and high touch surfaces including door handles, counters, touch screens, restroom fixtures, dispensers, auditorium seats will be routinely disinfected throughout the day using an EPA approved cleaner proven to combat COVID-19.
Additional time will be scheduled between shows to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation for each viewing.
Masks are an important part of helping to slow the spread of COVID-19. For your safety, our Team will be wearing masks at all times when in the building. For the safety of our Team and your fellow moviegoers, guests are required to wear masks at all times in all common areas of the building including the lobby, corridors and restrooms. When seated inside the auditorium, guests are permitted to remove their mask.
Accommodations may be made for individuals providing documentation of a medical condition.
Self Serve Items
Self serve items (coffee, condiments, straws, napkins, etc.) have been pulled back behind the counter. A Team Member can provide these items upon request.
Fountain Drinks remain self serve; however, our team will provide the necessary items (cup, lid, straw) at time of purchase.
Reusable containers have been temporarily suspended. For refillable items such as a large fountain drink and large popcorn, a Team Member will provide a fresh container.
