Sweepstake Rules

Effective: April 2026

The following sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The PENN CINEMA Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 noon EDT on THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 2026 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 2026 (the “End Date”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the Start Date.
  • Employees of PENN CINEMA, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
  • The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

To enter:

  • Follow the survey link provided in the email sent on FRIDAY, APRIL 10
  • Complete the survey and provide contact information

Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Use of multiple identities, automated systems, or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prize

One of three Ultimate Movie Packs including 4 complimentary passes and a $100 concession credit will be awarded (the “Prize”).

  • The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • PENN CINEMA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • A random drawing will be conducted by PENN CINEMA on FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by email for a period of up to seven (7) business days.

If the selected entrant:

  • Cannot be contacted
  • Fails to respond
  • Is found to be ineligible

…they will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

Winner name(s) may be obtained by emailing INFO@PENNCINEMA.COM.

6. General Conditions

  • All entries become the property of PENN CINEMA and will not be returned.
  • PENN CINEMA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
  • PENN CINEMA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control.
  • PENN CINEMA reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless PENN CINEMA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize.

PENN CINEMA is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures of any kind
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Errors in administration
  • Injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the Prize

8. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of PENNSYLVANIA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that their personal information will be used by PENN CINEMA for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with PENN CINEMA’S privacy policy: https://www.penncinema.com/privacy-policy
